Refund policy

At Afdhal Hijaab, your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, no worries—we accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to decide if it’s right for you.

We make returns easy by offering free return shipping for all eligible items, and there’s no restocking fee because we believe the process should be as hassle-free as possible. Just a heads-up, though: items marked as “Final Sale” or "Clearance" can’t be returned or refunded.

We do ask that items are sent back in their original condition. If there are visible signs of wear, we might have to send them back to you, so please handle them with care.
